About the Role:
TANCOAL ENERGY LIMITED is seeking an experienced Heavy Duty Mechanic to join our dedicated team in the Mtundualo Villiage, Mbinga District providing assistance in the Engineering department.
These are residential site-based roles at the Ngaka Coalfield Mine Site, working roster (7 / 7 / 7 - Day / Night / Off shifts).
This is a permanent position.
Job Responsibilities:

Ensuring repair and preventive maintenance of heavy-duty vehicles,
-
Test repaired equipment for proper performance,
-
Clean, lubricate, and perform other routine maintenance work on equipment,
Key Requirements:
-
More than five years’ experience as HD Mechanics
-
Knowledge of automobile mechanics
-
At least vocational degree in automobile maintenance related field
-
Experience on Komatsu machine PC1250, PC 2000, and HD785.

The use of diagnostic tool as VHMS
-
Should be able to use diagnostic tools as VHMS
-
Skills in mechanical maintenance and report writing

Should have driving skills and possess a clean driving record

English and Swahili Language
